It will not replace existing methods of engagement such as newsletter and tenant and resident organisations and forums

TenantBook offers a social housing specific forum discussing tenants and social housing issues.

TenantBook is a new open, real-time introduction and information networking service set up especially for tenants and tenants’ organisations and their housing organisations

TenantBook will use the same structure as Facebook, most users will know how to use it straight away. In fact, they can even log in with their Facebook account!
