The Homeowner Council is an advisory body established by Southwark Council to:a) Represent the views of Southwark’s Council homeowners on issues relating to housing services, the management of housing, and new housing management proposals, and
b) Form part of the framework for Southwark Council to consult its homeowners on matters relating to housing management, housing services and policies.
