Hello George, thanks for your welcome email. This is all very new to me, so am just browsing at all the different items. I am not happy being a Homegroup tenant, even though I have lived here for 12 years. Its gone from bad to dreadful in the past 2 years. But I will enjoy reading articles that other people have written. bye for now

Hello George -
thanks for the welcome, and the suggestion to join the 'Board Members Advice Centre and Chat Room'. Lots to learn from here!

Hi George
All I can offer you and your daughter is my utmost respect to achieve so much. I know the environment that you live in as I used to live on one of the most troubled estates in Islington and also worked there for a number of years.
All I know is that the network of support that is supposed to be there hasn't been for us and it can be very distressing.
Enough of that though.
Good luck to your daughter at Uni and have a nice day

Hi George try WIKI now. If you tried to access it last night we were doing some work on it so that we could use it for people to post responses to the security of tenure consultation and and National tenant organisation. This morning will be posting the questions for everyone to respond to. Be good for people to write their own questions aboyt what tenants want for a national org Yvonne Try it and let me know if its working. Yvonne

Well done George this one is a really important paper. My view is this will enable Local Authorities (which play the localisation game)to get funding to support local innovation of the type the coalition want to see.

We are about to lauch a series of debates on the Regional Development Consortia we have set up in the groups section of the site to see if we can invite people to join in the debate that needs to happen in each region! (we changed it from Governance Development to Regional Development - it's far bigger than Governance!)

Thanks Hugh,

I have no idea how important the consultations are, or their potential impact on housing and related areas. With all the changes going on I just thought it would be helpful to have somewhere to list current consultations. Now that it has been started hopefully I will be able to keep it up to date so that they are listed early on.

I have no intention of listing every consultation I see, just the ones that seem relevant, so hopefully others will list ones that I miss.
